    If you have a child under two, no sweat! The Pritzker Playspace has been designed exclusively for babies, toddlers, pre-school kids and their parents. There are also a number of soft and semi-soft exhibits that are appropriate for the really little ones.

    Things To Do

    The museum is a child's wonderland with everything from FORTS and a Dinosaur Expedition to the Kraft Artabounds Studio and the Tinkering Lab. Adventurous kids will love climbing on the schooner, playing with toys at WaterWays and wandering the Treehouse Trails.

    Does the Chicago Children's Museum offer free nights?

    Kraft Free Family Night is one of the best deals in Chicago. Every Thursday from 5pm-8pm, the museum is free for everyone. Target Free First Sundays is a perfect way to save money on the weekends. The first Sunday of each month is free for visitors 15 and under.

    Are strollers allowed in the museum?

    Yes. You can either leave them in our coatroom or take them with you while visiting the exhibits. There are several stroller parking areas to make your visit to the museum with young children a pleasant experience.
