Over the past two decades, psychobilly legend Reverend Horton Heat -- lead singer of the trio that bears his name -- has built a rabid cult following from his virtuosity as a guitarist, his deep-voiced growl and his incendiary live performances, which have been known to include a few fiery sermons as well. The group has released nine studio albums, with singles including "Psychobilly Freakout," "It's Martini Time" and "It Was a Very Good Year," but they may be best known for their contributions to soundtracks, including Cartoon Network's Johnny Bravo, the Tony Hawk Pro Skater series, Levi's commercials and more. The Reverend and his band are playing their latest sermon at House of Blues Chicago.
