Millennium Park in Downtown Chicago

Sandwiched between the beautiful shores of Lake Michigan and the thriving blocks of the Loop, this urban oasis is a haven for locals and visitors who want to relax in the center of the city. Packed with expansive green spaces and a stunning concert shell designed by Frank Gehry, Millennium park is constantly humming with activity. Interactive public art is also on display, including Cloud Gate by Anish Kapoor, and you'll also find an ice skating rink, the Park Grill restaurant, and much more.

Cloud Gate

Designed by the famous artist Anish Kapoor, this mirror-like object is commonly referred to as “The Bean” by locals. It’s a great photo opportunity because you can see your reflection in the sculpture with the Chicago skyline as the perfect backdrop.

Crown Fountain

This dramatic piece of public art combines video with interactive water features for a one-of-a-kind urban landmark. In the summer, you’ll find kids splashing around the fountain to cool down from the hot Chicago days.

    You can stop into the Park Grill and Café for a meal, beer, or glass of wine. The Jay Pritzker Pavilion also has a concession stand selling snacks and food along with local beer and wines that can only be consumed in the seating area and the Great Lawn during the concerts
