9:30AM - 4:00PM weekdays, 9:30AM - 4:30PM weekend, 6:30PM - 10:30PM Third Thursdays (21 Adler After Dark)
 

Prices -

General Admission is $12 for adults, $10 for seniors 65 and $9 for children. Additional exhibits and shows may cost extra.
 

Events -

Adler After Dark takes place every third Thursday from 6:30PM - 10:30PM (21 ); there is also a wide range of daily and nightly events - please check the calendar on the Adler Planetarium website for the most current information.

Adler Planetarium is located on Northerly Island off South Lake Shore Drive, and is part of Chicago’s Museum Campus. The planetarium is easily accessible via public transportation - CTA bus #146 stops right in front of the facility. Parking is available on Solidarity Drive, in the lot adjacent to the Adler Planetarium or in the parking garage at Soldier Field.
You will find a wide variety of shows at Adler Planetarium that change regularly. Currently, the shows include Welcome to the Universe, Space Junk 3D, The Searcher, Undiscovered Worlds, One World, One Sky, Night Sky Live!, Earth Moon and Sun, and IBEX Show.
