Elizabeth and Patty are the BEST! We so love staying at The Silversmith. We recommended it to three other couples who joined us this past weekend; The Blackmans, The Vernons, and Steve Alexander adn his guest. They were all raving and said The Silversmith will be their new home away from home in Chicago. Thanks for making us look so smart!
Enrique and Andre' are terrific. Enrique provides such exceptional service; directions, restaurant recommendations, etc. He's a true asset to the property. Andre has such enthusiasm. He's a joy.
Art and Maria are GREAT! Art is so friendly and provides a real gentlemanly touch to Ada's. He remembered us from our visit in March and we're beginning to feel like The Silversmith is home!

the accommodations were excellent. The front desk girls, I think they were Patty and Elizabeth were unbelievably helpful in passing out out welcome bags (we had 60 guests checking in for our daughter's wedding)
Enrique was the best at what he does. Please give him a 'pat on the back' from the McKee party. He was so pleasant, helpful, and a pleasure to meet.
Your restaurant and lounge was very accommodating to our large party. Thank you.

beautiful accommodations - spacious bathroom - the L was a bit noisy, but we got used to it.
everyone was VERY friendly and always gave good ideas on how we could best spend our time in Chicago. Kudos!
we had a great time and look forward to returning to Chicago ... and to the Silversmith. LOVED the lobby and the history of the hotel. Beautiful, historic collection of silver.
