Wow, what a great place to stay. We spent only one weekend night at your hotel and were amazed at the cleanliness, unique style and above all the friendliness of your staff. Thank You for putting together a great place to stay, we will be back and I will recommend it to my friends.

Without a doubt THE most memorable experience my wife and I have ever had. The Silversmith and the City of Chicago made us feel so welcome and treated us like their very own for the time we spent there. Chicago is an AMAZING city and we experienced SO much in a short period of time. There isn't a day that goes by that we don't talk about Chicago and all that we experienced there and how much we miss it! We will be back very soon and when we are, we will be back at The Silversmith. We LOVED it there!

We got to your hotel around 11am and with most of the hotels we have stayed at before, our room was never ready until around mid to late afternoon. We were so pleased to be able to check in right away, put our bags away and start exploring the city. The young lady who was working the desk provided us with a map which helped us throughout our stay. Thankyou!
This hotel has by far the friendliest people working for them! Everyone was always so eager to help us and it was greatly appreciated! Thankyou!
Just wanted to say again how much we appreciated the staff at your hotel. It really makes a great experience when you are constantly greated by warm and friendly people. I would definitely stay here again and I would reccommend it to our family and friends. The location was great, the room rates were fantastic and it was an excellent experience.

Hello,
I wanted to take a moment to thank the staff at the Silversmith for their courtesy and helpfulness during my stay this weekend. My sisters and I were thrilled with our time at your hotel. Every single member of the hotel staff that we spoke with went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. That kind of service is really rare in this day and age, and we really appreciated it. In particular, one of your porters--I believe his name was Enrique, but I could be wrong on that--was extremely helpful and cheerful, as was the front desk staff on Saturday night (recommending restaurants) and Friday morning (checking in early).
We were blown away by our experience at the Silversmith and will definitely be back on our next stay in Chicago. Please pass my thanks and gratitude on to the staff. They were wonderful to work with. Again, many thanks and keep up the good work.
